COVID-19 Vaccination for Health Workers in Cilincing Accelerated

Cilincing Sub-district Puskesmas Head Edison Syaputra has noted that as many as 295 health workers have got COVID-19 vaccine during January 14-26. 

Thus far we have alerted 40 vaccinators

According to him, the COVID-19 vaccination for health workers in his region had touched 95.2 percent.

"Thus far we have alerted 40 vaccinators," he expressed, Wednesday (1/27).

He explained that the first stage of the COVID-19 vaccination was still intended for health workers.

"After them, we will focus on ASN, army and police. We're still awaiting the technicalities for the next COVID-19 vaccination. Obviously we're ready to succeed vaccination," he stressed.

He added the current vaccination was centered in the Cilincing Sub-district Puskesmas and the Semper Barat 2 Urban Village Puskesmas.

"But do not worry health services at the puskesmas are still running normally," he told.

His party also confirmed that until now there were no health workers who had experienced serious side effects or post-immunization side events (AEFI) such as seizures to fainting. Thus far, only mild symptoms were caused, but still in normal condition.
